This Privacy Policy explains how Adscorn (“Adscorn”, “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses and otherwise processes Personal Information in connection with our website located at
adscorn.com (the “Site”) and the related content, platform, services, and other functionality offered on or through the online services (collectively, the “Services”).
Information We Collect
We exclusively gather Personal Information and Service Provider Data through the following methods:
- Account Creation. If you create an account by registering with the Services (“Account”), we’ll collect certain Personal Information about you, such as your name, employment and title, username or similar identifier and an encrypted version of your login/password.
- Communications with Us. We may collect Personal Information from you such as email address, phone number, or mailing address when you request information about our Services, register for our newsletter, request customer or technical support, or otherwise communicate with us.
- Security Credentials Data. We collect user IDs, access tokens, refresh tokens, and similar security information required for authentication and access to our users’ accounts.
- Surveys. We may contact you to participate in surveys. If you decide to participate, we may ask you for certain information which may include Personal Information.
- Usage Data includes information about how you use the Site, Products and Services.
- Marketing and Communications Data includes your preferences in receiving direct marketing from us, as well as your communication preferences.
- Service Provider Integrations (Connectors). We collect basic metrics about your active or inactive campaigns, ad sets, and ads on a daily basis, such as daily spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, conversion value, gender, and age
How We Use Your Personal Information
The information we gather serves to meet our contractual commitments to you, advance our legitimate interests in managing the Services and our business, or aligns with your consent for its utilization.
- Manage our organization and its day-to-day operations;
- Connect data (access tokens) from your third-party accounts;
- Communicate with individuals, including via email, text message, social media and/or telephone calls;
- Notify you about changes to our Services;
- Request individuals to complete surveys about our organization, organizations we partner with, and Services;
- Market our Services to individuals, including through email, direct mail, phone or text message;
- Provide you with news, special offers and general information about goods, services and events you may be interested in;
- Administer, improve and personalize our Services, including by recognizing an individual and remembering their information when they return to our Site;
- Facilitate client benefits and services, including customer support through our command center services or chat service;
- Identify and analyze how individuals use our Site;
- Improve and customize our Site to address the needs and interests of our client base and other individuals we interact with;
- Test, enhance, update and monitor the Site, or diagnose or fix tech problems;
- Help maintain the safety, security and integrity of our Site and Services, technology assets and business;
- Defend, protect or enforce our rights or applicable contracts and agreements;
- Prevent, investigate or provide notice of fraud or unlawful or criminal activity;
- In the context of business transactions or proposed business transactions wherein we may be contemplating a merger or acquisition;
- Enhance our services and refine our internal LSTM model for improved forecasting accuracy;
How We Share or Otherwise Disclose Your Personal Information
We do not sell, rent or lease the Personal Information or Service Provider Data and have not in the immediate 12 months preceding the effective date of this Privacy Policy.
We may share, transfer and/or disclose your Personal Information to or with third parties in order to provide the Services or products requested and under the following circumstances:
- Affiliates. We may share Personal Information with other companies owned or controlled by Company, and other companies owned by or under common ownership as Company, which also includes our subsidiaries (i.e., any organization we own or control) or our ultimate holding company (i.e., any organization that owns or controls us) and any subsidiaries it owns, particularly when we collaborate in providing the Services.
- Business Partners. We share Personal Information with our operations, sales and marketing, and finance business partners.
- Marketing Providers. We coordinate and share Personal Information with our marketing providers in order to communicate with individuals about the Services we make available.
- Customer Service Providers. We share Personal Information with third parties who assist us in providing our customer services and facilitating our communications with individuals that submit inquiries.
How We Disclose and Use the Service Provider Historical Performance Data utilized by AI models
We do not sell, rent or lease Your Service Provider Historical Performance Data.
All the Service Provider Data collected is encrypted and stored in our internal warehouse (US East / Ohio) for no longer than 3 weeks. This data is exclusively utilized for training our internal LSTM model, is not distributed beyond our virtual private cloud, and is not shared with any third parties.
We may transfer your data between regions (US East/Ohio, US West (Oregon), US East (Virginia)) in our cluster at the time of distributing data for training our models.
We use data in the following manner:
- Third-party models. Adscorn does not use any third-party AI models, does not share data with any third-party AI models. We have developed an RNN/LSTM model internally.
- Historical performance Data sharing. We collect key historical metrics (from the last 180 days since the connector was activated) such as impressions, clicks, conversions, conversion value, spend, gender, location, creative type, date, and entity levels such as campaign, ad set, and ad.
- The purpose we collect the data. The performance data we collect, combined with historical economic factors, global and local events, demographic indicators, and other factors, enable us to enhance our forecasting AI model for impressions, clicks, and conversions. This helps in predicting metrics and distributing most optimal multi-channel budgets among channels for maximum ROI.
- Data protection. Your historical data is stored on servers for up to 3 weeks maximum before being distributed for our internal model training. After training ends, your data is promptly deleted. Should you prefer your data not be used for modeling purposes, please reach out to us via email: contact@adscorn.com, and we will wipe out all your data shared with model. This process is carried out once every 90 days.
- No Professional Advice. If the Site provides professional information (for example, financial), such information is for informational purposes only and should not be construed as professional advice. No action should be taken based upon any information contained in the Site or otherwise provided by Adscorn. You should seek independent professional advice from a person who is licensed and/or qualified in the applicable area.
EEA/EU Data Subject Data Protection Rights Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA) or European Union (EU), you have certain data protection rights. We aim to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your Personal Information. If you wish to be informed about what Personal Information we hold about you, have a copy of it, correct or otherwise rectify it, and/or if you want it to be removed from our systems, please contact us using the contact information set out below. In certain circumstances, you have the following data protection rights:
- Request access to your Personal Information (commonly known as a “data subject access request”).This enables you to receive a copy of the Personal Information we hold about you where we are the data controller and to check that we are lawfully processing it.
- Request correction of the Personal Information that we hold about you. This enables you to have any incomplete or inaccurate information we hold about you corrected, though we may need to verify the accuracy of the new information you provide to us.
- Request erasure of your Personal Information. This enables you to ask us to delete or remove Personal Information where there is no good reason for us to continue to process it. You also have the right to ask us to delete or remove your Personal Information where you have successfully exercised your right to object to processing (see below), where we may have processed your information unlawfully or where we are required to erase your Personal Information to comply with local law. Note, however, that we may not always be able to comply with your request for erasure for specific legal reasons, which will be explained to you, if applicable, at the time of your request.
- Object to processing of your Personal Information. You have the right to object where we are relying on a legitimate interest (or those of a third party) and there is something about your particular situation which makes you want to object to processing on this ground, as you feel it impacts on your fundamental rights and freedoms. You also have the right to object where we are processing your Personal Information for direct marketing purposes. In some cases, we may demonstrate that we have compelling legitimate grounds to process your information which override your rights and freedoms.
- Request that we restrict the processing of your Personal Information. This enables you to ask us to temporarily stop the processing of your Personal Information in the following scenarios: (a) if you have concerns about the accuracy of your information and want to have it rectified; (b) where you believe our use of your information may be unlawful but you do not want us to erase it; (c) where you need us to hold the information for the purposes of defending or exercising your rights with respect to a legal claim even though we may no longer need it; or (d) you have objected to our use of your information but we need to verify whether we have overriding legitimate grounds to keep it.
- Request the transfer of your Personal Information to you or to a third party. We will provide to you, or a third party you have chosen, your Personal Information in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format. Note that this right only applies to automated information which you initially provided consent for us to use or where we used the information to perform a contract with you.
We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal information (or to exercise any of your other rights). This is a security measure designed to ensure that Personal Information is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it. We may also contact you to ask you for further information in relation to your request to speed up our response.
Data Retention
We will retain your Personal Information for as long as is reasonable or appropriate for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will also retain and use your Personal Information to the extent necessary or reasonable to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies. We will also retain Device Information for internal analysis purposes. Device Information then the security or to improve the functionality of our Services, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.
Transfer of Personal Information
Your Personal Information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. If you are located outside the United States, please note that we transfer data, including Personal Information, to the United States and process it there. By using the Site, you understand and acknowledge that your Personal Information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection rules than in your country. We will take steps reasonably designed to treat your Personal Information securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Protecting Your Information
We implement security measures designed to maintain the security of your Personal Information. These security measures are implemented both during transmission of Personal Information and once received. The security of your Personal Information is important to us. Certain sensitive information submitted is encrypted using secure layer technology (SSL). However, no method of safeguarding information is completely secure. While we use measures designed to protect Personal Information, we cannot guarantee that our safeguards will be effective or sufficient. In addition, you should be aware that Internet data transmission is not always secure, and we cannot warrant that information you transmit utilizing the Services is or will be secure.
Updates or Changes to This Privacy Policy
We will update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes to this Privacy Policy, we will change the date at the beginning of this Privacy Policy. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify individuals by email to their registered email address, by prominent posting on this Site or our Services, or through other appropriate communication channels. All changes shall be effective from the date of publication unless otherwise provided.
Children's Information
The Site and Services are not directed to children under 13 (or other age as required by local law), and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children. If you learn that your child has provided us with Personal Information without your consent, you may contact us as set forth below, and we’ll promptly take steps to delete such information and terminate the child’s account.
